Use iTunes gapless album option to burn it.

i have a link for XP for a direct install of nero, add me on msn and ill send you it, it has the option "no pause between tracks" but it also depends on the CD Player and how quick it changes tracks.

iTunes is easier as it asks you before burning a disc.
Windows Media you have to select in the "preferences"

I've never been able to find a preference in Media Player.
If you are doing your own mix, I record to Minidisc, input track markers then record straight to a proper hifi cd recorder

Well, it does what you're asking for in this thread, organises your music automatically, has a great interface, genius playlists are superb and has a music store selling DRM free music if you're the buying type. Also has a really good burning utility for audio, MP3 and data cd/dvd's.
