Don't stress fella.
I meant it's about time you did something to your own car yourself... DIY style.

Cheers guys...
I did get around to phoning John this afternoon. Things seem to be progressing quite nicely. Quick summary: -
- Servo ditched and new bias box installed for brakes. Awaiting last couple of components.
- Engine & gearbox were re-fitted today with all of the specified mod's completed internally (cams, valves, forged pistons/rods, breathing mods, clutch, spline kit, diff, etc...)
- The turbo orientation has been adjusted slightly to improve setup. Just awaiting final oil hose/restrictor to arrive to match new setup.
- Competition driveshafts are on and reported to be good quality.
There was probably more on the update I got from John, but struggling to remember just at the moment The main thing is it looks likely that the engine will be fired for the first time and prepared for run-in and setup of the fuelling, etc on the rollers quite soon. Maybe early next week if not this week?
Good progress

Not sure when it will be mapped up, etc yet. A month or so I'm guessing? Depends on a few fiddly parts arriving I think. I spent a while sourcing turbo couplings, etc and now John has altered things slightly he'll probably have just as much as a ball ache sourcing the components, as I did
I'm trying to get a few progress shots, so I can see how things have progressed. Below, minor porting of the new head, prior to race valves going in...
