what set up have u got?

Just been to my mates and hes upgraded from all his CDj's to:

2x Pioneer DVJ1000
the old techies obv
and this mixer

its fucking amazing! got all the AV controls on it aswell, impressive stuff!

what set ups u all got?

i used to have :

2xSTANTON T 80 But theyre older equivilant when they used to have this logo:



and still got my numark DM3050 mixer, linked to my comp lmao

jesus christ LOL, if thats in his room thast soooooooooooo goin to waste lol.

I hope he uses it correctly or il be around taking it out of his house and putting it in a nightclub where others 'who know what there doing' can use it lol.

my setups

to be honest I have lost count lol
used to have 4 gemini decks at one point then moved over to 4 1210's
mixers no joke cant count them, all I remember at one stage I had 5 in my room as I could not decide which one I wanted to dj with and when LOL. been through behringer gear,gemini,numark,technics,pioneer,stanton,vestax .....

headphone wise I started off with sennehiser but now im all sony .

currently I have two stanton c314 cdjs and a numark DXM06 24bit digital mixer. kinda scaled down more so I had more room for music production gear (synths,condenser mics,rack units etc etc)

nah he does do events n stuff, doing a drum n bass thing in bournmouth sumtime.

id still use the slabs if I had to in any club .

its just more of a lazy thing really.

20x 12inch rare records may cost £100
but 20x cdr's with say 20 tracks on each disc could only cost £30.

which one would you rather loose as cargo? lol.
