Bloody Livid....
Well tonight has fooked me off BIG time.
About 8pm, Louise and I decided to go down to Tesco as we needed Milk and a few other bits. As I drove into the car park, I found a child spot and went straight into it, I then proceeded to get out, walk around the car and get Ruby out of the back.
As I pulled back to seat to get her out, the back windscreen just went BANG. Now what really pissed me off, was the fact that glass flew everywhere, my 4 month old daughter was asleep in the back and I was VERY lucky nothing hit her. I have drawn a diagram of the window after...
Now the little box is where the screen has smashed, just a big square neat hole, all the other glass was of course shattered. It's got to have been done delibrately, but no sign of a brick or anything so I'm guessing a pellet maybe...
I know Saxo's windows do shattered, but I hadn't been anywhere near the boot. I rang up Autoglass for a quote and they came back with £420.22. I told the guy it was outrageous, but he's like well it's all heating and I said I don't care...
So...RAC Autowindscreens are coming out tomorrow and it's costing £70 insurance excess. The car is currently in the garage, I had to put the window through so I could drive home...
I'm so glad Ruby is OK though, could of been worse.

Fook thats bad mate, glad Rubys ok. If it is a pellet youll probably find it next time you clean out the car.
On the bright side, perfect excuse to de wiper it.

surely tescos would have CCTV, may i reccommend asking them if you cna have a look at it

Yeah glad Ruby is OK obviously, she is the main priority but I'm so livid. It was definately some chavs..

No point in CCTV, was too dark.
There was something else going on because of police came flying around, but there is no point as nothing will get done.
