Urgent help needed... Combrake advice
Right saxo has a blown diff, drove it and still selects gears and pulls well in the gears just whines like mad...
fitted a new combrake and it now wont select any gears apart from 3rd... However remove the combrake and can select all gears again. The ball that the gear sticks goes though on the combrake is stiff as fuck and wont move freely, how can i get this to move freely and me be able to select gears...
please help i really need to drive it again... i know combrakes are shit aswell

With the compbrake you are meant to cut the nylon ball off the lever....

Has the bearing failed then? If you raise the rod up to get more leverage can you still not move the bearing?
