Need help...
Alright peeps right i need some advice, i weigh 9 and a half stone atm and i want to get bigger but not arney size
i have been told that creatine is good for body mass but i am going for the more defined look.
I have been told amino acids is what i should use instead of creatine combined with protein shakes
I have already tried eating regular intervals, honestly i eat more than a horse and i never gain a pound
I eat chicken etc all the time and protein shakes before the gym but i am looking to order a new batch of stuff which is tastyish to get me started, plus is the right thing to use
many thanks

first. protein is amino acids
creatine would be fine to use but untill you get to sticking points you dont need to use it
what you want is a weight gainer. like dorian yates pro mass. you need to get the calories in which you arent doing for you weight

well i am usually having weebix in the morning, with some fresh orange juice. I have a piece of fruit aswell
I drink water all the way through the day
for lunch i have chicken salad baguette thing, fruit cocktail lol and some sushi
when i get in from work i have chicken, then a hour before the gym i have a protein shake, after the gym (i am usually there for about 2 hours) when i get home i have my dinner
changes each day, beef pork chicken fish etc
night time i have some milk and a piece of fruit
The thing is with my work i cant set my meals for 10 oclock exactly, i never know what job i have to do and if i have time to eat at the time i set
although the new job i am going for is more relaxed meaning i can set times to eat and get a bit more control
