Paypal dispute help please
Right I recently sold some pokemon cards on ebay, which I collected when I was younger. In the item description I wrote that one of the cards had minor damage to it. Altogether there was a couple of hundred cards, the rest of them were in perfect condition.
Somebody bought the whole lot for £10 plus £4 postage. They then took the best part of a week to pay for them and this was only after I threatened to report them to ebay if they did not pay.
Around 2 weeks after I sent them the person gave me positive feedback for them. Now the person is claiming that all of the cards are 'battle worn' and that the card which I said has minor damage only belongs in a bin. They also claim that I only sent 1 of the folders out of the 2 in the ad. However, i put them both in the same box when posting so they must be lieing.
The person is now demanding a £10 refund as they will take off the £4 p+p costs. I told them I wasn't paying up and now they have opened a paypal dispute. What should I do?

just say no, that you send them as described and as shown in the photo, if he wishes to post them back you will refund him, no way he will pay £5 to return them, as he would then only effectively get £5 back

She's moved it up to a claim now. I'm so pissed off. She posted a message to the paypal dispute saying that I am a fraudster trying to rob money off innocent people, fucking bitch.

seriously though, go along with the dispute, nothing will come of it.
say to them to return the cards and you will refund the cash, as said above, they wont do it due to the p+p

Yeah that's a pokemon card... well done. Clearly the Scottish take pokemon much more seriously than the rest of the world.
I've just been looking to get rid of all my old junk lately to make some cash, so when I came across the pokemon cards I just chucked them on ebay.
Stoooopid woman, proper pissed me off all night.
