Kids!
Went to my mates house today, driving along his road and I could see a load of little kids playing on the street near his house. They all ran out of the road as I pulled up outside my mates house.
I went to his door to speak to him and I noticed the kids all moved back into the road to play again and thought nothing of it. Then my mate told me that one of the little girls, looked about 4 or 5 years old, walked up to my car and hit it with a stick she was holding. I went to check my car and sure enough shes scratched the bonnet
The scratch is nothing major but it's so annoying. The car was mint before that!

Kids annoy me, I always want to run them over. If they're in the pub when I'm working and they're whining, I want to slap them.
I don't think I'll make a good father.

If the bonnet's already damaged, it wont matter if she happens to roll off it
Bad taste, I'm sorry, but I know what you mean about pointless stuff, such as holding your door in car parks. F**king little dents on my car with 2 months, was perfect when I got it.

Go hit her with a stick,
See how she likes it.
Thats how hooligans start off imo,
not getting punished for stuff like that, because parents say its 'just them growing up', next thing you know theyre mugging old women.

The most annoying thing is there is nothing I can actually do about it. It's not like I can go and complain to their parents cause the scratch is only about half a cm.

A scratch is a scratch tho mate,
Wether its 1/2 a cm, or 1/2 a foot ...
Still gonna loose you money when you come to sell.
Id go and have a word tbh,
Even if there is nothing they can do to get rid of the scratch etc,
I know if i had kids and my kid scratched someones car, id go mental ... they need to be taught respect.

Duno, sharp edge? When I put my finger nail across it, it goes in.

i was at a neighbours house once getting something sorted when his five year old came round the corner flat out on his wee scooter and fell of against my car leaving a scratch about 3 cm long next to my lock. looks like i missed the hole when openin it.
had to bit my tongue sooo hard as my neighbour always does things for me and never charges.
what can u do

Not long ago when I was giving the car a good pimping round the front of the house.. the little twats from up the street were daring each other to kick the football at my dad's C5 without me seeing them..
He plays football, in the ginnel.. outside my house.. EVERY day! Every morning at like.. 10am! By that time, i'm in mid-sleep.. break our fence.. hit the ball over the fence onto the car..
They're old enough.. but, not old enoug to shout at/they'll listen (Like.. 9/10)..
I should really go up and slide my ice-skate blades up and down his dad's car

Not all kids are the same
I had a lad over the back of me throw a stone at my car when i was driving home It chipped my windscreen, so i went round to the mother & told her she would be paying for it
At the end of the day if the parent can't control their kids at such a young age then they are gonna pay for the damage they do
If 1 of my kids ever damaged someones car i would pay to sort it out

Was it maybe there before and you didn't notice. Sticks aren't very sharp, kids aren't very strong.
