In our local paper this evening. Another Saxo off the road, lucky to be alive to be honest. I hope it wasnt anyone off here.

It is quite a bad one to be honest. Its suprising how anyone survived a crash like this. It could have easily ended up like that one in Wales the other day.

Backwards at speed probably. Too fast, back comes out, go straight off the power and onto brakes and slide into pole.

I think the lamp post folded down on top of the car as the back end hit it. It looks like it took out a telegraph pole aswell.

Saxos are actually not to bad in a crash for a older car. Its not the car but the driving people really have to worry about.

most of these accidents we see are caused by the drivers going too fast for the conditions and in inappropriate areas.

The lad in the back of this is a mate of mine and is in a bad way in hospital the driver was pissed up and had been down walsall all night so im told but all 3 are alive luckily
