Poppys progress thread & new addition to the family!
This is the story of how it all began,
Right i passed my test in feb 05, my mom gave me her car to have as i was at college and couldn't afford to buy my own this is what i got-
I named him mattie, and it got cleaned, polished vacumed etc twice a week lol well i was a student had nothing else better to do!
Then the time came to grow up after i finished the course and get a job. Which i did, i ended up working in the composite department of prodrive a little way from where i lived, the little 800cc engine in the matiz just couldnt cut it! So my dad went out and started to look for a new car for me, this is what he came up with

My baby Poppy!
Within a week of having her i'd got the alloys, fuel cap, and induction kit on!

Well as i said i did all this within a week! Its now sitting like a tractor, and didnt i get the piss ripped for it! So about 3 weeks later i packed her off for the morning to a new company that had started around the courner from where i worked pug 1 off. This is how she came back
right what i've done so far....
green cotton induction kit with cold air feed
15" Sword 100+ Alloys with 195/45/15 uniroyal rainsports
lowered 60mm with torsion bar to match (work carried out by pug1off)
sony cdx-600 headunit.

thanks everyone for the comments so far i only started this tonight. Right then so i've paid some attention to the outside of the car it time for inside, i started with those silly yellow blobs ontop of the door pins, the passenger side came off no problem but the drivers side was a different story. It became a little competition between my work mates who could get it off! then i tackled that stupid yellow gear knob and replaced it with this

and one of these for a more finished look
