ive been having problems starting my vtr when i turn the key it takes a while before it actually ignites i changed the spark plugs ht leads and coil pack but same prblem persists any ideas?

the car has a full service history last one done at 81000 miles shes only at 83000 i would have thought they would have changed those things as the oil filter looks new but then the sparks i changed did look f*ck*d guess it has to be done if you buy a second hand car tho oh do you not reckon it could be the starter motor?

yeah to be honest i used to use it every time i filled up in my old car but havent really been to the shop to pick up any since ive had the new one ill get on it tomorrow tho cheers

Suies 106 has problems starting sometimes... its like the immobiliser has kicked (but its not).
I reckon her problem is fuel related. Probably fuel filter.
Ive bought some injetor cleaner for both of our cars today... will see how that goes.

yeah thats the exact sound and eventually it will kick in but takes a while i got some engine and injector stuff try that when i next fill up but these damn vtr's go for miles on a tank not that im complaining tho may also purchase a fuel filter see how that helps let me know if your stuff works on suies 106 simo

You dont need to wait to refill. Im not doing anyway.
If your tanks half full, put half as much injector cleaner in.
The cleaner should mix well enough in the tank without the need to fill up, I would have thought??

i know but i started another tread last week asking how many miles people could get to a tank so have to run mine down so i can see only a little left tho ill need to fill up later today not a problem
