Default how to- change cylinder head

right first of all i wanna say i know this is a veryyy common subject basically im fitting a 1.3 rallye head on to my 90bhp silvertop head pretty much i just need to know how do i remove the head in real simple terms in bullet points please ie
remove thermostat
remove manifold
remove inlet manifold
remove cam belt etc etc etc

any help will be good i can only find an faq guide on fitting the rallye inlet but im fitting bike carbs so this is no use to me

theres a guide to changing the h/gasket on a 16v but not an 8v ill go get my trusty haynes manual lol

was planning on taking the head of the 106 i bought tomorrow not sure yet tho cus ive got lectures at 1 so i probably wont be up early enough to do it b4 hand lol! so it might be after around 4ish but i might wait till the weekend so luke can be with me im gonna hav a look at my haynes manual now shouldnt b hard just to take it off but i wont be fitting it on to my vtr for a couple weeks so wont be that exciting! lol take a look at my thread and see wat i did today lol if i had of thought i would have text you asking u to come over dint think think tho sorry lol ill give u a ring if i decide to do it lol

its easy as pie mate.
remove inlet
exhaust manifold
remove water pipe
remove alternator pulley and belt
cam cover
lock the head and bottom end at tdc
remove
remove the belt
remove rocker cover
undo headbolts
jiggle the head off using a screwdriver in the headbolt holes
