i dunno it just seamed werid as its all colour coded except for the front bumper and its got vtr alloys on it?? im thinking its had a front end smash they have replaced the bumper and replaced the bent wheels with cheaper vtr alloys? sorry if this is anyones car on here not trying to put people off it lol

and also they have advertised it as a mk2 twice its not like they just put a 2 instead of a 1 once..

but they hav even gone to the extent of painting the mirror bases the side strips and the rear strip but not the front one?? and the wheels why would anyone put vtr alloys on a vts :s unless they want the sleeper look lol

maybe they were just getting confused as the mk1 did have a small face lift (different grill) before the release of the mk2 (which they might think was a mk3 lol)
other than that it looks ok, and didnt mk1 vts have the same wheels as a vtr from factory. think it was only the mk2 vts wheels that are the curvy ones, just some people have put them on their mk1

at style of vts came with them wheels as standard, and maybe the person hasnt enough money to get the rest colour coded?

Some Mk1 VTS's have VTR wheels as standard...

Yeah but i thought it was the early mk1 VTS's that had VTR wheels, and this is a late mk1 
and if it has had a front smash....as long as its been repaired well its fine!

most people would still go and look at the car and hpi check it if they were actually interested in it so would probably have found that out anyway. we were just going from ebay pics and your comment about the vtr wheels - which were factory on mk1 vts's anyway. but it is better you found out before buying it

well the wheels were just an afterthought that werent my main question more of a side question and i found out something new from starting this thread lol but i actually recall some else telling me ages ago about the wheels i admit i was wrong there lol im not even interested in buyin that one anyway i was searching for mk 2 vts's and it came up and kinda annoyed me cus it wasnt wat i searched for lol

Theres a pic on there which shows a damaged bumper which was colour coded...hence why theres a standard one on there now.
