Default Strange grinding noise, only when switching engine off, or when engine moves

Got this anoying noise, had it for quite a while now. Only ever happens when engine is fully warm. Say for example, when hitting a speedbump, the engine moves, I hear it (with window open). I can also rock the engine slightly backwards and forwards and I hear it then too.
Also, when I switch the car off after being ran for a while I hear it. its like its a cog of some sort stopping spinning. i dunno. i thought it might be an engine mount that sounds dry, ie: ECU tray side, but I've changed that and it wasn't that. Changed the other side one, and I'm told the previous owner did the bottom one.

Anyone got any ideas as to what it could be?

Check the bottom mount visually while some one rocks the engine by hand. I hear the power steering (electric motor) pump slow down quickly and stop a second after I turn engine off, maybe it's that?

engine mount id say mate, as the engine wil judder wen starting and stopping making the noise worse, and obviously the sped bumps will make it shake too
