Are these actually legal cos dont want to pay £30 to waste and get into trouble also dont like giving random websites my documents so can i give photocopies instead?

Yes they are legal. I had them on my clio. I emailed copys of my docs and it was sorted.

Have all the necessary details to comply with the law so yes, they have UK font, manufacturers details and are reflective which in a nut shell is what they need to comply with the law

I took pics of my docs and sent them through for the group buy

Iv been pulled a few times with them on but they didn't give me anything for them after realising they have all the stamps etc, just be prepared to be pulled every now and again.
