Default Powdercoated wheels ruined?

I had my wheels powdercoated black a few months back and recently had a mini valet. After i got home i noticed my wheels looked all grey and streaky. I tried cleaning them with AG wheel cleaner and i cannot get them back to how they were. They now look shit if im honest. Just wondering is there any way at all of restoring them or will they need re-painting?

I know i shouldnt because they have ruined them basically BUT its not a major valet company just a little shitty place so they wont be a legit business. There is signs up there saying they wont be held responsible etc so no point in me going back unless i take a big mate of mine to do them over haha

i think just recoating
rubing them down and repolishing is going to be hard and long job
on top of it they wont be satin anymore just glos black.
or just scotchbright them.
