mattmilnes Newbie Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 11 Car(s): Saxo VTR (01)	Whine/Whistle Know there's a few of these on here but thought I'd ask anyway, not sure where this is coming from but I'm getting a whistle/whining noise when engine reaches 2000+rpm. You can hear it more in the car than outside. It's just had a cambelt change, checked tightness and tensioner all ok, alternator belt tightness is ok. It only seems to whine after engines been running for 10-15 minutes when its warmed up.
