the bottom of the page is like that when i look for quotes.
luckily the top of the page had 990 ish TPFT last time i renewed
which if im not mistaken, is pretty good for:
19 yr old driving a vtr
1 year NCB
3 points for speeding
and almost 2 years experience.

When you get quotes like that it means that they don't want to insure you so give an unrealistic price to deter you away.
If they put 'We don't want to insure you' then they would get a reputation for turning custom away and would fail miserably as an insurance company.
Chances are that they just don't like young males who drive high risk cars (according to statistics)
