Hey,
I have just picked up my first Saxo!!
Its a 1.1i Desire 2002 with 48,000 on the clock, i thought it was quite a bargain at £980

Im living down in Plymouth so will keep a look out for all other Saxos, just wave if you see me
I did have a 1.2 Clio Dynamique 2001, it served me well before it got old and needed LOTS of work doing.
Glad i got my Saxo now, time to start modifying

Just a few small things at first that are bugging me
1. Got a new wing mirror cap for drivers wing mirror, just delivered and will get that sprayed this week
2. Fiddle round with pre tensioner cables in a vain effort to get rid of the air bag light
3. Spray centre console and vent surrounds silver too
4. Hawk Remote locking kit
then this weekend or next...
5. Front pads and discs, it takes 2 months to stop
6. Sump sealant as there is a small leak

When i got some money think some alloys will be coming

Sounds good mate, glad your getting it up together first before starting spending money on alloys etc

Might have change of plan on the alloys, there is some nice vtr alloys on ebay its weather they would look alright on my Saxo, hmmm...

I will keep my eyes open sam! A bit more power would be good when i have the money to afford the insurance
30th - I will check out my plans for that weekend, for some reason the date rings a bell which may well mean i cant make it
