Default Blueish tint - headlights.

One of mine has just blown. Could get a standard bulb for free but think I want to join the hype, are they brighter on the road than normal whiteish ones? Or just for show, if so then I'll stick to normal ones. Mine arn't that bright though and I do alot of backroad driving.

Blue is darker than white. So a tint would be darker, even if its barely noticeable

Okay changing the subject has anyone used Nightbreakers? I nearly bought these just then, but if they are better (and cheaper) like they claim, I'll buy them instead.

Bright Halogens = Osram Nightbreakers (White-ish yellow)
Brightest bulbs = HID's. (White-ish blue)

Tada!
