easiest way ive found is an eazibleed air pressure type kit
just dont fill the resavoir with fluid to push the old stuff out the system through the nipples and catch it in a tub
then bleed it with fluid in there how you normally would

i use a presureised container, fill it, attach it to the brake fluid res and then just crack my nipples one by one, untill clean fluid comes through. takes about 15 minutes.
but
the good old, get a friend to pump the pedal whilst you work your way around the car bleeding one corner at a time, and checking the level in the res, works best imo! get a better feel off the pedal.

Yeah that's great for bleeding but I mean how do you really know you got all the old stuff out? It's the same colour as the new stuff lol..

I use a big pipet and empty the fluid reservoir first. Fill it up with fresh fluid, then go round and bleed each corner whilst keeping the reservoir topped up.

With the pressurised eazibleed kit, surely it will push all old fluid out through the nipples? Just don't put new fluid in the container like you ususally would

Yeh, never done it myself, but im fairly certain it would work. Have you used one of those eazibleed kits before?

old / used fluid will be a different colour to fresh fluid.
if you pump for around 60 seconds on each corner, you will have certainly cleared that part of the system, and filled with new.

Well those eazibleeds you use the pressure of a spare tyre to pressurise the system, so it should push all the old fluid out. When thats out, fill with new fluid and bleed as you would normally. Can get those eazibleeds from halfords for about £20, they're made by gunson

Yeah just use the EZbleed. Pressurise the system to fuck and then undo the nipples. When it pisses out air, lock it, watch the rest, lock the next one that pisses out air and so on.
Refill the Res with fluid and then bleed in the correct/normal way.
I have a storage tub that I got from homebase for lots of fluidy types of jobs.
