Fuel stations running dry already
Just had to fill up today only to have to sit in a bloody queu to get to the pumps to fInd they were clean out of all normal fuels .
Only super left, they have sold 3 times more than normal.
Anyone else noticed it ?

and then everyone goes mad and fills up the day before. . . yeah makes sense :s if you want to make a point, put a sign in your back window saying you are protesting and for people not to sit too close as when your tank runs out you stop!

Why? What's going on with the fuel now? If a few places sell out everywhere will because everyone panics and fills up every container they own even though the old bastard behind the wheel only goes to the library once a week and one tank full lasts him 6 months! I remember last time it happened and people were queing 200 metres down the road!

We're fucked! The asda station by me ran out yesterday, people were being turned away.
So my buddeh decided to lean as far out of the window as humanly possible and shout "raise the chin" proper loud. The looks we got were priceless.

Im a petrol station manager at Sainsburys. Been soooo busy today, que's down the road of people panic buying.
Spoke to our tanker drivers and they said that this 'strike' was never even going to happen as its just something they have said to get it in the media etc.
We have more deliveries then usual for tomorrow but only due to what we are selling, no issues with running dry.
