well thought i would start a thread on my little old saxo. i brought the car off riggsy of here in november as a non runner due to the car shredding its diff.

mods
Full Magnex exhaust system.
Magnex decat pipe
GMC 4-1 manifold.
Raceland enclosed induction kit.
Uprated green filter
BM quickshift.
Citroen C2 cam covers

15" Speedline alloy wheels
Brand new tyres.
Red VTS door badges.
Lowered 50mm all round on Eibach springs.
Sparco upper strut brace.

Peugeot 306 283mm brake setup (Drilled/grooved front discs)
Front calipers painted red.
Goodridge stainless steel brake hoses allround.

106 gti half leather interior.
Saxo 1.1 doorcards to match
Saxo VTS floor mats.

as you could see it was in need of some love so set about replacing the gear box and getting it ready to be driven. I gave it a good clean and it came up pretty good needs a refurb on the wheels.

everything was fine till one late night down a dark unlit road driving my mrs
to do her weekly show on bfbs radio i bumped into this.

killing my car so decided as it was in the pipe lines to do as it hs a leak oin the cam ladders i might as well rebuild the engine. so here is where the car stands

well i had a day spare so thought as engines in peices waiting for parts to build it back up i'd start on modding a bumper i had in the shed from my last vts. thought i would do something different with it but not 100% on it at the minute hopefully once i start with the filler and stuff it will start looking abit better
heres some pics of whats it looks like.

and from behind you can see the support that i had to cut so the intercooler could fit.

ok well thought as i'm in between fillering the bumper and can't do anything till its set i would update you lot on the bumper with some pics

its not to bad still needs alot of work but its coming along ok will update with more pics later

well change of plan as need the car running asap so going to buy another s engine and turbo that at a later date and build that up.
so as the car is in pieces it needs to be built back up. so 1st things first fix the leaking cam ladders.

so ordered everything i need. and going to send of my injectors to injectortune next week and get them serviced as the leak was leaking oil and somehow got into the intake and has clogged up the injectors.
other than that a full service and have a bit of fun in the car while i build my turbo engine.
gonna get some gaz coilovers at some point hopefully as well

done abit more work on the car today mainly cleaning up things ready to go back together as waiting on parts to come and hopefully be here wednesday/thursday. nothing realy to show but you can have a look at my shinny pistons lol.
