Default engine dies when setting off in first

engine dies or really struggles for about a second but then revs well (only when setting off) this happens 60% of the time and has only just started doing so, it also idles a bit rough but thats hardly ever. Ive changed the spark plugs about a month ago which made it better now it has got worse. This morning i changed the fuel filter and cleaned the inlet, neither of which has helped but needed doing!

Could this be the coilpack? any other small jobs i can do to try and iron it out?

cheers
andy
