Dull Paint
Got the rear badges on the boot smoothed off and the paint looks really dull compaired to the rest of the car, what should i use to make it since like the rest of the car?

just out of question can you just take them off or would it potentially peel paint off if you did that, like does it have to be done specially? and ccould you not polish it or something to make the paint less dull - just a guess.?

the badges just come off and leave sticky shit on but also leaves holes that need to be filled

dull as in almost cloudy like appearance? most likely the bodyshop didnt buff it up properly and needs some more going with some final stage compound / polish to bring the shine up.

If a body shop smoothed out the holes its because they havent polished it enough (like above) take it back, 2 mins with a polisher will bring it back up, easy jobb

paint restorer from t-cut believe it or not that did the job on my mk1 clio, that i spent days polishing it then i scrapped pointless really but for a t-cut brand i recommend it!

didnt relise youd resprayed the boot didnt read post properly, buffer and some polish ought to do it

its going in tomorrow for something and he getting the porter polisher on it so..hopefully should be good when it comes back out.....AGAIN
