Where did you go? A garage or a dentist!?! Haha!

Mate... take it somewhere else. They will not lower the car by "splines" if done properly. Is there anybody around your area who has had their french car lowered as they all have torsion bars on the rear.

lowering the car by splines is incorrect and will not be completely level and will mess the geometry of the vehicle resulting in shite handling. lowering the rear is something u need someone who knows what there doing to do. you need to completely remove the torsion bars, raise the rear arm and then reinsert the torsion bar but its more involved then it sounds for someone thats not done one before. garages charge £120-£150 for this but i offer it for £60. thanks for recommending me BruceybabyVTR

sounds like a fair deal to me, there is a citroen tech my way who does it for 80 and gettin his arm snapped off, friend off a friend so im gettin mines done for smae price 60. which u cant argue with considering the hassle involved!!!

I'd do it myself but dont wanna spend a day just trying to free them off, 11 times out of ten they are seized!!
