powerflex bushes
hey guys n girls just a few questions.
powerflex bushes, anyone who has fitted them do they make a difference?
are they easy to put in?
and should i do the arb strait away or can i leave it for now?
also do the powerflex rear beam bushes make any difference?
any help would be mucho appreciated

yes they do. firmer ride tightens handling on tight corners.
can be a bitch to get old ones off.
arb wont matter.
do them all

ok bullit, also im getting a pugsport exhaust and just wondered wether i should uprate the exaust mounting rubbers?

only polyrace ones that you dont want are the arb ones, they doint fit well

1998 gti
would i need?
Rear Beam Mount - 31mm Housing 10mm Bolt or
Rear Beam Mount - 33,5mm Housing 12mm Bolt (Alternative Mount, Late Type)
sorry i just thought id pick you brains cause you seem a knoledgeable person (sp)

off the top of my head yours would be the later type, although id ring up and ask as i cant remeber 100%
also rear beam bushes are easy to do if you can get the beam off ok

Yes they are good. Nothing wrong with powerflex either. They firm up the suspension quite nicely.
