I considered both styles, and I think im right in saying the black ones arent E-marked, and maybe not legal?? (not sure)
But, I decided to go with the chromes... from the pics I saw, I preferred the Ultra ones. More expensive, but probably better build quality and more importantly... you wanna see how bright these mothers are!!!
Bet with black inners, a shed load of reflected light is lost!!
