jsdvtr Saxperience Forum Bum Join Date: May 2007 Location: morecambe Posts: 4,286 Car(s): 2003 vtr/s iTrader Score: 5 (100%)	vtr/s or gti didnt know where to post this. i currently have got 03 red vtr, i am wanting a stripped out motor, i dont know whether to keep the sax and strip it and fit vts engine or get 106 gti and do that as already got the 16v engine in so has got the right engine start with. opinions please.

I'm sure you could sell yours and find a older GTi which would work for you. Can't see point in putting the engine in an 03 Plate, much easier to sell and buy a VTS. Strange request.
