cams
i have just bought a cam kit its the PT40K from Kent Cams. once fitted do i need to get my ecu re-mapped or anything or is it fine just running them as the car is?

well to see any decent power increases u would need a remap. i think it would run like a heap a shit if not.
what else have u done to the car?

sportex 4-2-1, straight through system and an enclosed its de-catted aswel. think there is a place called dastek that do re-maps prob worth gettin it chipped at the same time though.

dastek is a chip, you can fit them and run it like it but your only looking at about a 5-7bhp increase and it will run shit. get it mapped and your look at an increase of about 15bhp to 20bhp dependent on how good they are at remapping.

dastek is a remappable piggyback unit. Not a chip per se
