Got me a VTR about 2 weeks ago and finally gotten round to gettin pics of it now that iv gotten the tints done
its was totally standard (still is really) except for the fucked up attempt on the grill and the Tints
still waitin for answer at GS Motorsport to order dimma grill an other bits thats why its bin like this for so long (still on holiday) and 2modified aint answering
pics taken at Holyhead Harbour before we went Charter fishing with family friends
I picked the car up on the way to go to friends house so its still got the stuff the tinting guy used to put the film on (not jizz stains b4 anyone asks !
thoughts on what to do next, BMC induction kit or Front comps an HU ? bearing in mind i have no speakers in the sax at all !

how can you drive with nothing playing?
i'd go crazy (not that i dont like the sound of saxo)...
i'd go for HU and components, but an alarm before that

Also any of you boating ppl may notice the clippers in the background of first pic ?
the one you cna see in front is the New York, and the one you can just see through the windows of the car is the Singapore
they are competing in the yacht race which they have to last something like 9 months out at sea and travel the world i think

very nice tints mate - suit it nicely
have you thought about spending your money on getting it lowered instead of induction kit etc?
full kit for £200 isnt too shabby

Nice colour and tints.
I am very jealous now. Looks really good.
But how do remain sane without any tunes on.

looking good gav
you can get the full effect of the gold when at a further distance.
as for induction, suspension kits, etc...
i got my bmc induction kit for around £150. yours would be a little cheaper because you have a vtr. speak to john (2modified) and get a quote.
as for suspension, did you mean somebody would lower the car for £140 or is that price including the lowering springs? as you know, john is doing a deal on spax psx suspension kits. you can get a 60mm kit for around £200 and then pay around £120 to have it lowered. if you are only going down 40mm, then you will be able to pick up some springs for around £50. again, speak to john for a deal on these.
but as for speakers, etc... you can't drive a car without some tunes. component speakers are cheap as chips. a decent headunit would set you back around £175/£200. you obviously pay for what you get so if you see a headunit you like and its a little pricey, then save the extra cash. it would be worth it in the long run.
