Default VT-Rat (Winter Fun: Ratarsed Saxo project 13/14)

Hey guys.. I thought that i may aswell make a progress thread on my ratlook (or as i prefer to call it, Ratarsed) saxo.
Before anyone jumps on the bandwagon and trys to slate me for it.. i simply do not give a single f*ck on your negative opinions! Its just a laugh.... After all Modifying is supposed to be fun!

Anyway, I picked up a wee gold W reg 1.1 single point injection, with a measley 75,384 miles on the clock, taxed and mot'd untill may 2014 for a cheeky £210! Can't argue with that.
Bought it completely standard and since then I have graced it with the following:
VTS alloys
Black headlights
Tinted rear lights
K&N filter and an anodised oil filter cover
Gti leather rear bench
Mk1 Opel Manta GTE recaros up front
Sony multi media player
3600w of bass in the boot with power cap
4 fli door speakers, 2 vibe 6x9s + 4 tweeters
2x mood lights in the rear roof lining
Decorated door cards
Peugeot roof rack (hazard taped)
Half hazard taped roof
Surf board for roof rack
Raceland Coilovers
De-Cat followed with an Original* (illegal) Cherry Bomb backbox
Saxo maxi spoiler still to go on and loads more small bits and bobs

Recently just painted her Matthew Black with a few other touches.
Dont really know when to stop with it as just now, i feel like ive only just begun haha!
Will be bringing my mx5 out of hibernation after the winter months anyway so this is only to last me up untill that point

Ill Try and get as many pictures up as possible, as soon as my phone allows me to log back onto PhotoBucket!

If this is a joke then fair play it's hilarious, but if this is your pride and joy then you need clinical help

I'm not sure whats more embarrassing, the fact you used a hashtag or the sheer amount of stickers/lack of paint on that car.

I think you should remove the Paul walker tribute. The cars a heap and I really doubt he or his family would want that to be associated with him. Show some respect.

Don't care what you do it's your car, yes it's shit, but don't drag someone's memory down with it.

I love controversy ! As I said... It's a laugh! And probably still has better parts than half the shite on here haha. If it lasts until I get my car back on the road, I have a GTi engine lying waiting that will be getting thrown in. Why? Because I can. Don't take life too seriously, lighten the fuck up

As you said yourself, your car and you can do what you like with it.

However

The public will have an opinion on it and the general vibe will be 'what the fuck is that'.

I couldn't be seen in it myself i'd be far too embarrassed, but as you give zero fucks that's not an issue.

Saves you crying over chips and scratches in the paintwork I suppose, and I bet no fucker dare park near you for fear of being dinged.

That's the whole idea ma man! Wtf look haha... And exactly that, makes a change from constantly polishing and carefull driving.. Just simply do what the fuck you want! I might upload a few pictures of my S1 106 rat project last year if anyone has an interest lol. You would be surprised with the amount of positive attention they recieve at cruises and such, let the public join, write a mention, draw a picture or even kick it lol. I honestly do not care. As long as it starts and drives and gets me through the winter, which so far I couldn't fault it. Looks like a shed on the outside, spic and span underneath, waxoyld, polybushed anti roll bar and wishbones, along with the coilovers the front is solid. Luckily I have loads of spare bits and bobs from my previous Saxos and 106s so makes it all the more fun!

Anywhooo... Few more pics of the sax today... Picked up some new rear headrests and cleaned/protected the leather... And then just generally arsed about for a bit whilst waiting on my dinner!
