Found this earlier......
One heck of a car, but in a very bad state.......
CLICK ME
If you click on the tab with Bilder on it there's more pics...
This is an absolute classic car, and like rocking hose poo, but would need a fair amount spent on it to get it back to showroom / rally use..
Opinions peeps.......

The only problem I cold see is trying to source any parts....
Anything needed would have to be made to order, but would be a very unique motor
A friend has a Peugeot 205 T16, and gets invited regularly to Peugeot UK events as they don't have one....

lol..
it would feel so good for a mainstream manufacturer to have to ask you to "borrow" your car cause they havnt got one.
is there any links to the actual spec of the original car in english? whats the cars official name?

The official name is a Ford Escort RS1700T
There were only 23 ever made, and most are now scrapped... It cost too much to develop, and never really worked. It was built / developed in South Africa after Boreham felt that it was a bit of a lame duck.....
The RS Owners site has some info about the cars HERE

Love that car, just a big price tag for me. On another note...
Its all about finding abandonded cars for me atm. Theres an rx7 outside a local bodyshop with a fair bit of accident damage but is repairable. Been left there unlocked for absolute months, tax ran out in august 08. Its got a very god spec though, just not driveable atm. Getting the owners number on monday and see if he still wants it. Quick spec is:
Hks exhaust
apexi ecu and boost controller
Apexi intake
Hks strut brace
Greddy parts inside
Genuine Volk wheels (!!!)
So yeah just thought id tell people
