Balljoints
Right can some for you guys answer me a question?
If i got some new balljoints could i hve them pressed into my currant bottem arms?
Cos ive asked a few garages if they can press me them in an they sed it might not press in right is this true?

Yeah you can.
Have to make sure they go in straight though else they wear realy quick.

Yip, can be done with a press or even a vice and socket if you take enough care.

Tbh id just buy the wishbone there not that much tbh, a garage will charge about 10 quid to take out a balljoint and press a new one in

ball joints are a fiver and and wishbones are £45.

There £60+ vat each
Also if i got new arms could i put my powerflex bushes on the new arms?

there cheaper on ebay, and id rather replace all bush/balljoints on one side for piece of mind, thats how i am
as for powerflex youd be better off keeping one on car in that case, put the new balljoint in, then arb bush and wishbone bush would be powerflex

I replaced, rear bushes, ball joints and got uprated front bushes for £45 in total, silly pred!

Indeed!
Tbf that was me removing the old rear bushes (hell of a giggle!), and some garages wanting like £40 just to do the pressing, so shop around

I dont get garages to do thing apart from an mot, i liek doing things myself, thats how you learn

I don't have a hydraulic press and i also dont need to use a hammer and a vice to "learn" that i shoulda used a hydraulic press lol
