Unless you live there you have very little chance of a ticket. Its something like a 75% -25% split 75% of tickets go to people within 100 miles and the rest go throughout the uk. There was a article on it on the money saving expert last week saying that its only legal as the service they provide is free.

What happens then if you and say 4 of your mates sign up, but only you end up with a ticket and they dont get one? Would you go alone?

They come in 2s so you pick your favourite/richest/hottest mate
I've applied for tickets for the Saturday. I went to the Sunderland one a few years ago (for free)... I'll be trying to get tickets through some means, first festival of the summer
