Default body shop cost

How much would it cost to get this bit of my car done at a body shop do you think? I will just buy a new boot for the rear was jw the cost to get the side panel sorted out.

Only really way to find out is to go for a quote. It will really depend on the body shop and the quality of the work.

alot mate dont bother. its really not worth the money on a 1.1 flat arch. because you have hit the rear nearside a frame it will need putting on a jig and pulling back out.

so yeah alot of money, i know this cus i have done this too mine

Try finding a glass sucker, Things that are used to pick up glass, They are very strong at sucking, and it you can get one that fits inside that dent, Then heat the area up with a hair dryer then such it out. Should pop out and may just be left with a little dent if you are lucky!! Good luck. Also Ebay dent removers, there are some on there, For about £10 and work really well.

Its fucked. A dent puller will do nothing becsuae its creased. Needs to beaten out from the back then the creases massaged out and filled. Your looking at about 4 hours labour plus booth time and materials.

I personally wouldnt bother mate. But as said above cant give a price over the net but shop around some loal body shops.

mate unless you have panel beating skills then there is very little chance at all that it will look good. A puller will not work on it.

If you want to give it a go yourself then you need to tap the high spots down and fill the low spots.

not sure at how good you are will finner but i cant see it coming out much better than it looks now so i would just leave it mate.

I know for a fact i would refuse to drive if my car had that so id spend the money and get it fixed or simply break the car for parts and buy a new one!

im in the middle of doing the same repair myself, i beat the worst of the dent out in about 10 mins, just needs filled now, have a go yourself because even it would cost say 100 at a bodyshop quite possibly alot more, thats a lot of tins of filler to get it right yourself and at least u will know how to do it next time
