Looks awesome, innovative gameplay and spoken to a lad who's been playing it this last week - one to get if it seems like your style of game.

I doubt I'll get it on release though, wait till it drops or borrow from a friend.

Has anyones console overheated when playing this game?
There has been multiple complains saying the game causes the PS3 and Xbox to crash/ overheat?
I want to get it.. but i'm worried it will kill my xbox

theres not much messing about to do, you cant do much (meaning no killing randoms, shooting at people, stealing cars, running people over) because your limited to the missions. Its very far from gradtheft auto.

Also its been overheating Xboxs and PS3s....

You start off as an LAPD officer that has to search clues at crime scenes, for evidence etc and the more you progress, the more you rank up and become a detective etc. Far from grand theft auto, but it takes gaming to a new era as there is no other game like this, i love it. I wasnt too fussed about the ending - Cole starts out alright then you realise he's just a prick. By the end of the game I couldnt give two fucks about him
