Drive it off a cliff, with a load of petrol cans on board.

will only bang once, but will be 10x louder than any supersprint.

halfords tips dont make it any louder lol
why dont you want to buy a new backbox?
only way without buying a new one is to remove the silencer mid box and/or the cat. depending on where your cat is, you may need to buy a new manifold to decat it, but for the silencer you can just weld in a bit of pipe.

you could ofcourse drive around with no backbox lol but you may get pulled over
