The range rover gets oil and filter every 6k miles as its getting a bit long in the tooth. The 106 gets oil and filter every 1000 miles where possible.

I tend to do mine every 3 months or 6k miles and change the cambelt once a year.

Personal choice really to my customers depending on car and use I say anything from 6 months to 12 monthly service. Also depends on the quality of filter and oil used.

dead easy on an 8v, 30 minute job if that. Hardest part is getting the cambelt covers off
