I'd have said a stuck caliper but you've already greased it.

Did you check if the piston and sliders are moving freely before you refitted them?

It wouldn't hurt to bleed the brakes.

I'd check the lines feeding that caliper maybe fluid can't return?

i have bled the brakes due to fitting new callipers and realised master cylinder is leaking so gonna go with lack of pressure maybe and atm dont have a photo but as i said half of the outside of the disc from middle down wards is rusty top half is fine now started doing same on the otherside ..... taken of and silicone'd greased the sliders and nothing to clean as they are refurbished brakes

and to top it off the spring on the same side now does not want to sit in place and keeps jumping about ,,,, car is killing my bank account haha mostly new parts no second hand refurb or new
