Default Quick question about gearboxes

Sorry if this has been asked/answered before. I'm looking for a new gearbox for my HDZ (Single point injection) 1.1 saxo. Will a box from a multi point injection saxo or multi point pug 106 fit? and does it need to be a 1.1 box could i use say a 1.4 box?

Cheers, Scott.

You can use any box they all fit, 106 etc too. Just remember they have different ratios.

1.1 should be common.

stay away from 1.4/vtr/diesel boxes on your engine, it'll make it drive differently to how you are used to.
1.1 boxes are easy to find and cheap to get hold of
