serious question
other day i was sat in the mess and a lad was offerin nutri grain bars out, couple of the lads were like hang on whats the calories like in them and how much fat per 25g and that bollox
went to super market tonight and seen some more lads doing this...
does anyone do it? i personally think its stupid and no lads should even be bothered....only thing i can let go by is checking bout protein in things...

i count fat, sugar and kcal with things that appear healthy so i know what shite is in them. whenever something is 'low in fat' theres always something added in to get the flavour so i tend to look out for those ones.
anything else i just whack in the trolley and buy.

its good, for now.
only thing that makes me add weight is the beer. i am skinny on the outside but i reckon my insides are that of a 80 year old. i dont eat good food.
