Is it easy to remove the back seats from a vtr?

Simple mate, Lift up the seat and pull it should come off.

Then there is 4 bolts holding the back rest in undo them from inside the boot.

very!
pull the bench base up and either 'unclip' it by pulling at the right angle or undo the 10mm nuts and remove that
then fold the upper part forwards and undo the 13mm nuts at each side - 2 at each side
wiggle that out
and hey presto - back seats removed

now, time to get a progress thread showing the lack of back seats you have, and then tell everyone you've just ordered a new cambelt because youre stacking parts to go boosted for their track car.

Just like the rest of the 'track cars'.
