Default washing polishing towels

i used a clean towel to polish parts of the car, and after coming out of the wash theres a large stain on it from the polish. any idea how to get it out completely?

Did you pre-wash them in fairy liquid before you put them in the wash?

I just pile all mine togther and throw them in the washing machine with no soap??

If you wash them with fairy liquid and warm water first you should be able to get the stains out. Just make sure if you put them in the washing machine that any tablets/soap you use doesn't have fabric conditioner in it as it'll clog the fibres up and they'll be less absorbent next time you use them

i usually rinse my cloths and pads out with either fairy liquid or car shampoo then put them in the washing machine on a 60 degree wash

Glad I've seen this thread. Got about 4 microfibre rags, some oily, some you can still smell the oil/wax on after two 60c washes with soap powder.

Any suggestions? Or should I bin them, and get some more? If so, what to get and how to look after them after they've washed the car, and got oil and wax/God knows what else on them?

why do you want to get the stain out? aslong as its clean whats the matter lol...

to get oil out of things try sticking a dishwasher tablet in the washing machine aswell
