Default Handbrake Warning Light Flashes On and Off

When my car drives a bit bumpy or rough my handbrake warning light flashes on and off, its been happening since a couple of days ago, I was a bit harsh on the foot brake and it seems to me a wire came loose and shakes about over bumps but I'm no mechanic/electrician lol. Anyone know whats the cause of this and know a solution? Thanks.
