M1VT Saxperience Forum Bum Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Bangor N.Wales Posts: 3,085 Car(s): B5.5 Passat 20V Turbo	Side strip glue... So,i took the sidestrips off my car today(MK3 polo Saloon) and there's a fair amount of the glue left,now i did the whole hot water/heairdryer thing..it helped..but not much. Been told not to use WD40 as its a penetrative and will slowly strip le paint....no what the hell can i use that WONT strip the paint? __________________ B5.5 Passat 20V Turbo - the Motorway Missile
