george7378 Newbie Join Date: Jan 2021 Posts: 22	Alternator type for a 52 1.1 Desire Morning all, I think I need a ne alternator for my 52-plate 1.1 Saxo Desire (TU1JP). The low voltage light flicks on and off at low RPM, and there's a whine coming from the alternator. Probably dead bearings? I'm not sure what type I need though - the Haynes book says 'Bosch or Valeo' but doesn't go further than that. Don't want to buy the wrong type! Here's the one I have now: Cheers.
