just confirmed it hah its my exhasut ive had this same problem, fouight it was exhasut, stried spraying with wd and takin off and rebuilding, still der

say what ! lol....

You tried taking it off an rebuilding and spraying it with WD 40..... I think the way forward mate would be to get a new flange...
