you'll be disappointed at this stage as its pretty much a shed lol
anyway plan go to garage on thursday jet wash the bay clean kurust anything that looks nasty then at least primer it. Next week will be wishbones, arb and balljoint swapage, fit that new cv boot then thats it until some bits show then engine, box and shafts can all go back in.
Big rad and coolant hoses can then be fitted just case of waiting for bodies to come back, saxo dash going in, interior getting gutted some vtr seats being put in

Did some bits today alternator on, oil filter conversion done & top hose in place
going back up tuesday thats when arb, wishbones, balljoints, cv boot will be done first then will get the slam panel cut for the bigger radiator then engine and box will be going in along with all new coolant hoses provided clutch & flywheel show up over weekend.
That will be bulk of work done so will then proceed on to gutting the interior getting the back lowered, gti brakes getting fitted, rust getting welded up, windscreen getting replaced plus all the other usual small odds and ends before the bodies come back from their holiday get fitted motd tax trip to chip wizards for remap then enjoy

aye big yin the rust in the rear is all being sorted over summer prob august sometime, tbh as I said below tuesday going to fit the arb, wishbones new balljoints once thats done provided flywheel, clutch show over weekend engine and box are going in along with coolant hoses and rad, probably fit manifold and exhaust system aswell.
Sounds like a bulk of the work is done but then as said big stuff towards the end like welding, windscreen and lowering in august time, I think everything may be ready end of august/september mebbe?

naaww man leave the welding to the garage mate of mine, I'm going to do the rest mind cut it rust treat it weld in primer/seal it paint there isn't an over large amount of things to do but planing it so do all the cheap jobs first then august september get the big pain in the arse stuff done. I'll see how this goes once it's all done for a few months if I actually bond with it otherwise it will be for sale and some sort of boost machine built again
