Did this before, thought it would be interesting to see who's car was the most when it was brand new and how much it was.
I have a vts & a mk2 golf gti so I have no idea how much either of these were brand new but probably about 10k?

Mine was imported from Japan and wasn't available here new. But in Japan with the spec mine has in 1994 was 3001,000 yen which works out at about £25,000 nowadays. God knows what the exchange rate was then, at a guess I'd say it would work out at about £20000 in 1994 but not sure at all!!!
I paid £2850 just over a year ago.

A new Fiesta is a far better build quality then a Saxo, much safer and economical too.
If someone said to me.. If your car was new, how much would you had paid for it. I'd sayd £7500 at a push.

No you mongoloid, a new fiesta at the same time the saxo was released.
Why would you compare an old shit car with a new shit car, obviously everything will be better on the new shit car.
